Hi Guys

Well it is my fav time of year, Oscars day!
I love everything about the Oscars, even the speeches!!

Can you just imagine walking down that red carpet and winning an award. Just to be nominated would be totally out there. In an industry that is so hard to get into, let alone be good at - just imagine getting the recognition of an Oscar for your work. For me, the expression that comes to mind is "In your dreams" lol

Here is a run down on how to catch all the action on local TV.....

The Academy Awards, hosted by Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin, will be broadcast live on Nine from midday on Monday, March 8. TODAY

The coverage will start with the Today Show's Karl Stefanovic and Lisa Wilkinson hosting a red carpet special covering all the excitement, glitz and glamour of the red carpet arrivals with Richard Wilkins from the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles from 12 noon. Nine's live coverage of the award ceremony will commence at 12.30pm.

Nine will also present an encore screening of the 82nd Academy Awards at 9.30pm that evening.

Grab the popcorn and your comfy chairs!
