Well, Alex is following the dream We've been here for 4 weeks. He has attended lots and lots of casting director workshop (getting fabulous feedback), has a regular acting tutor, got through to the the Producers callbacks on 2 Disney pilots..... and....has just done his first job. He scored a SAG approved TV commercial for Sears. We thought he was just a featured extra or something, but when we got there - he was the hero boy! Its one of those commercials that have a bit of a story line. To top it off, the DOP was a golden globe winner and regularily works with Spielberg!!! So, Alex is now SAG eligible - which is awesome!!!! We are so thrilled. We've just had to push our flights back by a week, because Sears have asked if Alex is available to do a photo shoot on Monday. Just wanted to drop you a line because you have been so supportive of Alex's career and have always given us great advice.
